Opening Hours

Monday - Friday:
9.00 am - 11.00 am then 4.00 pm to 6.00pm


Saturday and bank Holidays:

10.00 am - 12.00 noon


Sunday:

Mornings - by appointment only

All cats must be delivered and collected within these hours. We are not able to accept visits for delivery or collection on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day or Easter Sunday.

Get in touch now, to give your pet the best holiday whilst you relax and enjoy yours. You are welcome to bring familiar toys or bedding to help your cat settle.


Due to high workload, we cannot always respond quickly to your emails, please phone us if your enquirey is urgent or you've not received a reply within 24 hours.

Timbers Tariff - boarding fees are per day from 1st April 2024 (All bookings taken before 1st January 2024 will be honoured at the old rate)

 

£14.50 for a single cat, £11.00 per cat in shared pens. 


Minimum booking is five days, with Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day charged at double rate.


These prices are fully inclusive, there are no hidden or extra charges. What we quote is what you pay.


We offer a collection and delivery service, to use this service a fee of £1.00 per mile will be charged.

Terms and Conditions: 


All bookings need to be secured with a deposit of £25.00 per cat, which is non refundable. Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival, or the booking will need to be paid in full.


All cats must have current inoculations. Certificates showing these inoculations should accompany each cat.


All cats must be delivered and collected within the opening hours above.
